IDF Forces Neutralize Suspects Approaching Troops in Southern Lebanon
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that its forces operating in southern Lebanon identified two suspects who entered a security zone and approached soldiers earlier on Monday. Following the identification, the troops opened fire, neutralizing the suspects. No Israeli soldiers were harmed in the incident, which is currently under investigation.
Lebanese sources reported that the IDF fired numerous illumination flares in the Al-Mansouri area in the western sector of southern Lebanon in the past hour. The IDF stated that after the suspects were identified, forces fired upon them, resulting in their neutralization. No Israeli forces sustained injuries, and the event is being investigated.
