Tigers at Jerusalem Zoo Celebrate Sukkot with Special Enrichment Activity

The tigers at the Jerusalem Zoo, Rimba and Chin-Chin, received a unique environmental enrichment activity in celebration of the Sukkot holiday. The main wooden structure in their enclosure was decorated in the spirit of the holiday, with fresh meat pieces hidden around, above, and inside it.

This activity is designed to stimulate the senses of the large cats, encourage exploratory behavior, and engage their natural hunting instincts and abilities. The zoo aims to provide varied and stimulating environments for its animals, especially during holidays.
