A report of an attempted arrest of a yeshiva student on Begin Boulevard North in Jerusalem shortly after 2:00 AM on Monday led to a road closure by Haredi protesters. The protesters, associated with the group 'Black Color,' arrived at the scene, approximately half a kilometer before the Malha exit, believing the arrest was related to enforcing conscription laws on Haredim.
