El Al Warns of Severe Disruptions on Popular Bangkok Route Due to Flooding

El Al has issued an urgent advisory to passengers traveling between Israel and Thailand, warning of significant disruptions due to severe flooding in Bangkok. The heavy rains have made travel to and from the airport, as well as baggage handling, a major concern.

Passengers currently in Bangkok preparing to return to Israel are strongly advised by El Al to head to the airport earlier than planned. The airline cautions that journeys, normally predictable, could be significantly extended by the widespread flooding. Departure times may also be delayed depending on the on-the-ground conditions.

Travelers arriving in Bangkok face a different challenge: extended waits for their luggage upon landing. This issue is particularly critical for those with connecting flights, as El Al has warned that baggage intended for onward journeys might be delayed in reaching the next aircraft.
