Big Brother Star Hodaya Cohen Explains Surprise Appearance at Rival's Event

Hodaya Cohen, a contestant from the latest season of "Big Brother Israel," has revealed the reasons behind her unexpected attendance at a bat mitzvah celebration for the daughter of Gal Robin, a fellow housemate with whom she had a contentious relationship. The appearance, which surprised many given their public spats and arguments during and after the show, signals a potential reconciliation.

Cohen addressed the situation in an Instagram video, responding to follower inquiries. She stated that she is generally not a hateful person and doesn't believe she has the capacity to hate, though she can choose not to connect with people. She explained that while she had unresolved issues from their time on "Big Brother," including not attending the show's reunion, she felt it was important to achieve closure with the other housemates and move forward.

"There are things that were wounds for me," Cohen said, referring to her past conflicts with Robin. "I think with everything, the housemates in the house, I made closure, and it was important for me to really move on and put things behind me, and to understand that there is life after, and I'm not a child anymore."

This public gesture of reconciliation follows past criticism Cohen leveled against Robin, whom she accused in a previous interview of being inauthentic and putting on a "show." Cohen now aims to project an image of peace and love, emphasizing that she holds no ill will towards anyone.
