Dana Zarmon Defends Nude Spa Video of Husband Amidst Backlash

Israeli influencer Dana Zarmon has responded to widespread criticism after posting a censored video of her husband, businessman Guy Biton, bathing nude at a hotel spa during their vacation in Italy. Zarmon, 33, shared the clip on Instagram with a caption that included a vulgar reference to her husband's anatomy, expecting a positive reaction but instead facing a barrage of negative comments.

In a series of Instagram stories, Zarmon addressed the backlash, refusing to apologize and defending her actions. She expressed surprise at the strong reactions to a blurred and censored video of a man in a pool, questioning what viewers found so shocking. She likened the situation to familiar Jewish rituals and suggested that people were overly fixated on the obscured parts of the male anatomy.

Zarmon explained that nudity was a requirement at the hotel's spa for hygiene reasons, a common practice in the region. She emphasized that the spa was a family-friendly facility, not a private or illicit establishment, and that both men and women of all ages were expected to be nude. She argued that in this context, nudity is natural and not inherently sexual or deviant, contrasting it with public displays in inappropriate settings like supermarkets.

She further stated that nudity, like consensual sex, is natural and even a "mitzvah" (commandment or good deed) when practiced freely and without shame. Zarmon asserted that the freedom to dress or undress as one pleases, and to be comfortable with one's body, is paramount. She directly addressed critics who wished her children would be "more normal," wishing instead for her children to be comfortable with their bodies and confident in themselves.

Responding to a comment about her influence on young followers, Zarmon, a married woman, suggested that young girls could draw inspiration from her relationship and love for her husband, whom she considers very attractive.
