Israeli Housing Market Shows Stability With Varied Prices Across Cities

Real estate transactions in Israel during September, a month marked by holidays, indicate a stable housing market with prices varying significantly by city and property type, according to data published by Ynet. In Beersheba, the southern capital, a range of prices were observed. A 39-square-meter two-room apartment on Bialik Street sold for 680,000 shekels, while a 77-square-meter three-room apartment on Steinberg Street fetched 1,055,000 shekels. A larger 160-square-meter five-room apartment on Nahal Kedron Street, which included parking, a 15-square-meter balcony, and a protected room (Mamad), sold for 1,600,000 shekels.

In Kiryat Gat, a 90-square-meter four-room apartment on Nahal Govrin Street was sold for 1,850,000 shekels. Modiin, known as a hub for tech professionals and military personnel, continued to command high prices. A 136-square-meter five-room apartment on Yigal Yadin Street, featuring a large balcony, parking, and a Mamad, sold for 3,460,000 shekels. Another transaction in Modiin involved a 106-square-meter four-room apartment on Levi Eshkol Street, with an 80-square-meter balcony, sold for 3,275,000 shekels. A 125-square-meter four-room apartment on Efroni Street in Modiin was purchased for 3,750,000 shekels.

Further north, a 94-square-meter four-room apartment in Harish on Sapir Street, equipped with a 12-meter balcony and a Mamad, sold for 1,270,000 shekels. In Haifa, a high-end transaction occurred with a 125-square-meter five-room penthouse on Aryeh Kroch Street selling for 3,200,000 shekels. The report did not detail any significant price fluctuations, suggesting overall market stability.
