Azealia Banks Meets Israeli Influencer, Continues Complex Relationship with Israel

American rapper Azealia Banks has been seen spending time with Israeli social media personality Yohanan Twina during her current visit to Israel. Twina shared videos on social media showing the two enjoying each other's company, describing their meeting as "random." He mentioned that Banks initiated their reunion, as they had met previously.

Banks' relationship with Israel has been notably turbulent. She previously vowed not to visit the country, only to later perform in Tel Aviv draped in an Israeli flag and wearing a Star of David necklace. In March, she again changed her stance, launching a strong attack against the country and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

This latest visit, however, suggests a potential shift in her public perception of Israel. Banks is scheduled to perform at the Amphitheater in Tel Aviv on October 8th. Additionally, she is reportedly working in studios on her new album with Israeli producer Yinon Yahel.
