Dummy Bomb Found Attached to Hamas Flag Near Air Control Base
Explosives technicians from the Border Police in Judea and Samaria performed a controlled detonation on a suspicious object attached to a Hamas flag found on a road near the air control base at Mount Baal Hatzor in the Binyamin region. The object was identified as a dummy bomb. The Police District of Judea and Samaria has opened an investigation into the incident.
Police officers from the Binyamin station and Border Police explosives technicians were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report about the suspicious item. The area was secured by the Israel Defense Forces during the handling of the object. The incident occurred on Saturday night, the end of the Sabbath and a holiday.
