Former Israeli PM Bennett Releases New Footage of Violent Incident in Bnei Brak

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett released new video footage on Saturday showing an object being thrown at him during an event in Bnei Brak on Thursday. Bennett stated that the incident, which resulted in an employee being injured, would not deter him from continuing his public engagements.

"No violence will stop me," Bennett declared, adding, "On Thursday night at the parliament in Bnei Brak, objects were suddenly thrown at us and one of my employees was injured. I will soon present this important parliament here, but tonight it is important for me to clarify, an violent minority will not frighten us. The attacker does not reflect the Haredi public at all."

Bennett emphasized his commitment to engaging with citizens across Israel, stating, "I will continue to come to every place in the country to listen to you, citizens of Israel. I am not afraid to hear harsh words, and I am not afraid of threats. We will continue with all our might until the correction."

Following the violent incident, Bennett was seen confronting right-wing activist Mordechai David. In footage from their exchange, Bennett told David, "Go enlist, because when I am prime minister, you will not see a shekel."
