Police Shoot and Kill Man Firing Rifle in Yafia Al-Nassra

A man, approximately 30 years old, was killed by police gunfire late last night in the town of Yafia Al-Nassra. According to official statements, police observed the individual firing a long rifle at a building.

Northern District police were conducting operational preparations when they spotted the armed man shooting at the structure. Forces immediately engaged and neutralized him by opening fire. Police stated the incident's background was criminal.

Paramedics received a report of a shooting victim at 11:53 PM. Upon arrival, they found the man on the ground with a penetrating injury, showing no pulse or breathing. Advanced resuscitation efforts, including artificial respiration and medication, were initiated.

The man was transported by intensive care ambulance to the Nazareth English Hospital in critical condition, with resuscitation attempts continuing. Medical teams later pronounced him dead due to his severe wounds.
