Sixteen Women in Rameh Complete Tech and AI Training Program

Sixteen women in the village of Rameh have successfully completed a professional training course focused on computer skills, Microsoft Office programs, and artificial intelligence. The course was organized through a joint initiative between the "Midway" program and the Otzma Center.

The training aimed to equip participants with modern digital tools and enhance their professional capabilities to meet the evolving demands of the job market, particularly with the increasing role of technology and AI in various workplaces. This initiative is part of the "Midway" program's efforts within the Arab community, which specifically targets individuals aged 50 to 67 to assist them in integrating into the workforce, developing their careers, changing professions, or improving their current work conditions.

The "Midway" program offers personalized professional guidance, workshops, qualifications, career development training, and connections with employers. The success of these 16 women highlights the program's message that accumulated life experience, combined with new skills, can open doors to new professional opportunities. Participation in the "Midway" program is free and requires an initial interview.
