Yair Golan Calls to Give Syrian Regime a Chance, Exit Golan Heights

Yair Golan, chairman of the Democratic Party, has called for giving the Syrian regime a chance, while also stating that Israel gains little from its presence in Tel Qudna and Mount Hermon in the Syrian Golan Heights. "Syria, I think there is a regime that is very difficult to truly understand, but let's give it a chance," Golan said when asked about Syria. He further elaborated on Israel's military presence, stating, "We don't gain much from sitting in Tel Qudna or on the Syrian Hermon."
