Israeli Armored Corps Honors Fallen Soldiers in Annual Remembrance Ceremony

The Israeli Armored Corps held its annual remembrance ceremony on Wednesday at the Yad Lebanim memorial in Tel Aviv, honoring soldiers who fell in battle. The ceremony, attended by senior military officials, veterans, and families of the fallen, emphasized the enduring legacy and bravery of the soldiers.

Major General Yaron Finkelman, head of the Operations Directorate, addressed the attendees, stating, "The memory of your comrades and the heroism of the generations are an inseparable part of your identity." Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi also spoke, emphasizing that the soldiers' memory is a cornerstone of the Armored Corps' identity and a source of inspiration for current and future generations. He stressed the commitment to continuing their legacy and ensuring their sacrifice was not in vain.
