Netanyahu's Ex-Spokesperson Admits Lingering Affection for Former Colleague

Eli Feldstein, former spokesperson for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, revealed in a podcast interview that he still holds affection for his former colleague and Netanyahu advisor, Yonatan Uriach. Feldstein described their past relationship as a very deep emotional friendship.

Despite expressing immense anger and disappointment towards Uriach, Feldstein stated, "When people ask me about him, I say I still love him. I have immense anger, I have immense disappointment, but I love him. I know the Yonatan behind the keyboard." Feldstein characterized Uriach as a sensitive, talented family man, which he said contributed to the depth of his anger, questioning why the situation that caused their rift could not have been prevented.

The interview took place on the podcast of the Haredi newspaper 'Mishpacha', hosted by Aryeh Erlich. The article also briefly mentions that the Election Committee rejected a request to disqualify the Otzma Yehudit party, though this appears unrelated to Feldstein's personal revelations.
