Israeli Footballer Eitan Azulai Dances With Minister Ben-Gvir at Wedding

A video circulating on social media platforms on Thursday showed Eitan Azulai, a player for Maccabi Haifa and the Israeli national football team, dancing with National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir at Azulai's wedding. Azulai married Hila Lapidot, daughter of singer and media personality Yishai Lapidot. The wedding took place during the current international break for the UEFA Nations League.

Ben-Gvir's presence at the event is reportedly linked to the bride's family connections. The footage of the minister dancing with Azulai quickly gained traction online, sparking numerous reactions from users. Some expressed surprise and disappointment, with one user stating, "I can't believe he's dancing with him. A person responsible for so much bad here. Itamar Ben-Gvir, you disappointed me."

Azulai was included in the squad selected by national team coach Ran Ben Shimon for the current international window. However, he is not participating in the initial matches due to his wedding. He is expected to join his teammates later in the break to be available for the coaching staff.
