Palestinian Ramming Attack at Benjamin Checkpoint Leaves One Injured
A Palestinian rammed his vehicle into a police car at the Blad al-Ain checkpoint in the Benjamin region on Tuesday, injuring one officer. Security forces at the scene neutralized the attacker. The injured man, described as being in his 30s, was evacuated to Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.
Following the incident, Route 443 westbound near Beit Horon was closed to traffic, according to Netivei Israel, the national road authority. The attack occurred as the vehicle approached a police vehicle belonging to the Judea and Samaria District.
