i24NEWS Launches Campaign Claiming Sole Focus on News

Ahead of the 2026 elections, Israeli news channel i24NEWS, broadcasting on Channel 15, has launched a new campaign positioning itself as "the only news channel in Israel." The campaign emphasizes the channel's exclusive focus on news and current affairs, differentiating it from other broadcasters by highlighting the absence of reality shows, cooking programs, or entertainment content.

The campaign, set to launch today, includes a promotional video featuring the channel's anchors and journalists, alongside extensive digital and social media activities and billboards across the country. A central claim of the campaign is that during the previous election cycle, i24NEWS hosted candidates and representatives from across the political spectrum, reinforcing its identity as a news-only outlet.

The promotional material contrasts i24NEWS with other television channels, stating, "With us, you won't see cooking shows, you won't see people crying for their Big Brother, you won't see glittering weddings, or painful breakups. We won't tell you who was evicted, or who fought with whom in the villa."

Instead, i24NEWS highlights its coverage of key political figures, noting, "With us, you will see only the people who truly determine what happens here: Bibi, and also Izencot, and also Bennett, and also Liberman, and also Ben Gvir, and also Yair Golan." The channel, which launched in June 2024 with a schedule dedicated to news broadcasts and current affairs programs, has consistently featured interviews with party leaders, Knesset members, and representatives from across the political spectrum since its inception.
