Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke on Tuesday with the family of Natanel Shukron, who was killed in a terror attack in the Benjamin region shortly before Yom Kippur. The Prime Minister's Office stated that Netanyahu conveyed his deepest condolences to the family on behalf of himself and his wife, Sara, following the murder of the family's patriarch.
During the conversation, the Prime Minister described Shukron as a "hero, a dedicated reserve soldier, a family man who was an example and a model in his giving and sacrifice for the revival of the people of Israel in their land." Shukron, a resident of Ali Zahav and a father of six, was murdered in the attack near Yom Kippur.
