High Lift Acquires 75% of Skyline Cranes for $270 Million
High Lift, a company owned by Yaron Zaltzberg, Amnon Amar, and Alma Yesodot, has purchased 75% of Skyline Cranes from businessman Baruch Parans for 270 million shekels. The deal values Skyline Cranes, the Israeli market leader in tower cranes, at 340 million shekels. Bank Hapoalim provided approximately 200 million shekels in financing for the acquisition. A significant institutional entity also joined High Lift's ownership, acquiring a 20% stake.
Baruch Parans, along with co-founders Guy Parans and Aviv Carmel, will continue to advise Skyline Cranes following the acquisition. This move aligns with High Lift's strategic vision to establish a comprehensive "one-stop shop" for all vertical transportation needs on construction sites.
Founded in 2010, High Lift specializes in vertical transportation solutions for construction sites, offering elevators, elevator towers, and mast hoists for high-rise building projects. The company provides end-to-end services, from initial planning and system adaptation to equipment rental, transportation, installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling.
