Yedioth Ahronoth Conference to Feature Israeli Leaders and Survivors

The Yedioth Ahronoth Group's "People of the State - Choosing to Influence" conference, scheduled for October 12-13, will focus not only on politics but also on the individuals and stories shaping contemporary Israel. The two-day event will feature discussions with prominent figures, including a special interview with Israeli President Isaac Herzog by Yedioth Ahronoth commentator Chen Artzi Soroch.

Among the notable participants are Eli Sharabi and Alon Ahlu, survivors of captivity in Gaza, who will share personal accounts of their experiences and the aftermath. Sharabi reflected on the upcoming holidays, stating, "For me, the holidays are first and foremost a time for family, a time of longing for those who are no longer with us, and of deep gratitude for those who are by my side."
