The Yedioth Ahronoth Group's flagship conference, "The People of the Country Choose to Influence," will convene on October 12-13, addressing not only politics and society but also the daily lives of Israelis. A special panel will feature celebrity chef Moshik Roth and food blogger Gal Zahavi discussing culinary trends, the search for unique flavors, and the importance of human connection in the digital age.

Roth emphasized that "fine dining is more alive than ever," noting a new generation seeking memorable experiences over material luxury. He observed that as global culture creates uniformity, diners crave unexpected, unique tastes.
