The Israeli Air Force conducted airstrikes on Hamas terror targets across the Gaza Strip on Tuesday evening. The strikes were a direct response to the detonation of an explosive device near Israeli forces in the northern Gaza Strip earlier in the day.
No Israeli soldiers were reported injured in the initial incident involving the explosive device. Following the detonation, Israeli aircraft targeted infrastructure belonging to the Hamas organization. The IDF stated that the strikes were aimed at terror targets within the Gaza Strip.
