Presley Gerber, son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, died on Sunday at the age of 27. His family confirmed his passing and requested privacy during their difficult time. The cause of death has not been officially released, but the Los Angeles Police Department is investigating a suspected overdose. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office, Gerber passed away at a rehabilitation facility.

Last month, his sister, Kaia Gerber, spoke about his ongoing struggles with substance addiction in an interview with Vogue, expressing pride in his public discussion of his challenges. Born in 1999, Presley Gerber followed his mother and sister into modeling, beginning his career as a teenager. He participated in campaigns and fashion shows for international brands such as Calvin Klein and Dolce & Gabbana.

In 2018, he appeared alongside his mother in a Pepsi commercial that aired during the Super Bowl, a tribute to her iconic early 1990s advertisement. Crawford, one of the most recognizable models from the 1990s supermodel era, continues to work in the fashion industry.
