Zach LeDay is reportedly close to signing with Partizan Belgrade, and is not expected to join Hapoel Tel Aviv. According to reports from Serbia, the forward is nearing a return to the club he left two years ago, with advanced talks underway to bring back a fan favorite to Belgrade.
LeDay’s contract with Milan has expired, and he now has offers from several EuroLeague teams, including Hapoel Tel Aviv. Even so, Partizan is said to be the strongest candidate to land him. The report was published on June 21, 2026, at 12:51.
LeDay had a strong individual EuroLeague season, averaging 13.1 points and 4.2 rebounds per game, shooting at a very high rate from the field and finishing with a 15.1 efficiency rating per game. His possible arrival is part of a broader rebuilding effort at Partizan.
The Serbian club has undergone major roster changes, with Sterling Brown leaving for Zalgiris, Nick Calathes signing with PAOK, and Dwayne Washington departing. Isaac Bonga may also leave, Jabari Parker is likely not to return, and Alexey Pokusevski and Dylan Osetkowski also appear headed out. LeDay, along with Derrick Willis and Nikola Tanaskovic, could help fill the power forward spot.
