Israeli Forces Arrest West Bank Attack Suspect; Iran Warns US

Israeli forces arrested the suspect in an armed attack that killed an Israeli man near the settlement of Naveh Tzuf in the West Bank. Palestinian sources reported that the suspect was apprehended inside a hospital in Ramallah. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he had ordered the Israeli military and the Shin Bet security agency to deploy reinforced forces in the West Bank, impose closures, and conduct offensive operations and arrests to enhance Israeli citizen security. Netanyahu also instructed that the attacker's home be demolished immediately.

In a separate development, Iran's unified combat command announced on Sunday that Tehran had received intelligence indicating the United States is preparing to resume combat operations with regional support. The command warned that any U.S. attack would be met with continuous strikes on American bases and interests in the region. Iran also cautioned that any regional countries supporting a U.S. attack on Iran would be considered parties to the conflict.
