Sheikh Raed Salah Leads Delegation to Visit Journalist Ahmed Hazem
A delegation headed by Sheikh Raed Salah visited journalist Ahmed Hazem at his home on Saturday evening to check on his health. The visit, described as a "visit of loyalty," was in appreciation of Hazem's extensive media work over many years in political and cultural fields within the Arab community and in both the Arab and Western worlds.
During the meeting, Sheikh Salah presented Hazem with a shield named "Visit of Loyalty." He also delivered a recorded, moving speech, stating the visit had two purposes: to inquire about Hazem's health, as recommended by the Prophet Muhammad, and to express loyalty, appreciation, and praise for Hazem's "blessed efforts in the media field as a writer knowledgeable about events."
Journalist Hazem thanked Sheikh Salah for the recognition, calling his words a "medal of honor." The delegation accompanying Sheikh Salah included social activist Mohammed Mahmoud Abu Shahada, Mr. Ziad Fathi Abu Jaroun, and Mr. Ahmed Hassan Abu Hamza Aghbariya.
