Liberman Warns of Division, Criticizes Gantz and Netanyahu

Avigdor Liberman, chairman of the Yisrael Beiteinu party, has opened a sharp front against his partners in the "change bloc," warning of a split that could harm their chances in the upcoming elections. In a heated interview with "Meet the Press," Liberman sharply criticized Gadi Eisenkot, chairman of the National Unity party, claiming his current strategy weakens the entire bloc for personal gain. Liberman expressed deep concern over Eisenkot's conduct, explicitly warning that "with good intentions, we will see Benny Gantz 2 instead of Gadi Eisenkot." He stressed that Eisenkot makes unacceptable statements by not completely ruling out the Haredim and the Prime Minister.

Liberman firmly stated that "Netanyahu cannot be a partner in anything" and that anyone involved in the October 7th failures cannot be in the next government. Addressing Ofer Winter's party, Liberman demanded clear answers and called on its members to stop using slogans. "It's impossible that with five weeks until the elections we still haven't seen a platform," Liberman attacked, adding he doesn't understand their actions regarding the draft law. He also jabbed at the plans of the Haredi parties, declaring, "My five-year plan is to take all the billions from the draft dodgers and transfer them to those who serve."

In addition to internal bloc struggles, Liberman settled scores with his right-wing rivals, accusing the Prime Minister of strengthening terrorist organizations. He declared, "When we talk about Qatari money, it's not Qatari money, it's Netanyahu's money," claiming Netanyahu received solid intelligence that the funds were reaching Hamas's military wing. Liberman concluded by promising that a government under his leadership would know how to defeat the enemy on all active fronts and end the war of attrition.
