Top Rabbis Lead Yom Kippur Prayer Gathering in Tel Aviv
Thousands of Tel Aviv residents participated in an annual repentance rally on the eve of Yom Kippur, held at the Beit Midrash Rashbi institutions. The event was led by Rabbi Mordechai Meshulam.
