New Poetry Collection Launched in Beit Jann

A new poetry collection titled "Badr fi Halkat al-Dujaa" (Moon in the Darkness) by poet Sheikh Saleh Ahmed Zeidan was launched on Friday evening at the community center in Beit Jann. The event was hosted by writer Jamal Mahmoud Qablan. Speeches were delivered by Beit Jann Local Council head, Nazih Dabbour, "Bayt al-Kateb" coordinator Aya Ghanem, and Imad Ghadban. Fahim Abu Rukn, editor-in-chief of the weekly "Al-Hadith" newspaper, also spoke. Poet Sheikh Saleh Zeidan expressed his gratitude to the attendees and those who contributed to the event's success, before reciting selected poems from his new collection. The poet's grandchildren presented him with verses of poetry, and his family offered him flowers.
