Kseife School Suspends Classes Amidst Violence Concerns

The parents' committee of Al-Siddiq School in Kseife announced on Sunday, September 20, that classes would be suspended. This decision follows violent incidents that occurred near the school's entrance the previous Thursday. In a statement, the committee expressed its rejection and condemnation of any violence, fights, threats, or disputes in the vicinity of the school, emphasizing that such events undermine students' sense of security and negatively impact the educational environment.

The committee stressed the importance of maintaining the school and its surroundings as a safe and calm space. They called for cooperation among the school administration, faculty, local authorities, the Ministry of Education, parents, and the local community to prevent recurrence and enhance security and stability in the area.

The suspension aims to send a clear message against violence and demand measures to ensure a safe, respectful, and suitable environment for students and staff. The committee reiterated that student safety is a shared responsibility and a top priority.
