Palestinian Family Seeks Tribal Truce Amid Search for Missing Woman
The Rajabi Al-Rifai family in Jerusalem and Hebron has called for a tribal meeting to discuss granting a tribal truce to the Othman Al-Lفتawi family and the Lفتa association. This meeting, scheduled for Saturday at noon in Beit Lehem's Al-Feniq Hall, is in connection with the disappearance of Fatima Al-Rajabi, also known as 'Umm Raji'.
Fatima Al-Rajabi, in her sixties, vanished from East Jerusalem several days ago, and search efforts are ongoing. The police have stated that the case has criminal elements, though specific details regarding the nature of these suspicions or the investigation's progress have not been disclosed.
The tribal gathering aims to address the request for a truce from the Othman Al-Lفتawi family and the Lفتa association, in light of Al-Rajabi's disappearance. The family has urged its members and cousins to attend the meeting in Beit Lehem.
The search for Al-Rajabi continues concurrently with these tribal deliberations, as the circumstances surrounding her vanishing remain under investigation.
