Madlan Launches AI Tool for Property Search and Neighborhood Data

The Israeli real estate website Madlan has introduced "Madlan AI," a new artificial intelligence agent designed to assist users in searching for properties and information about neighborhoods. This tool allows individuals to query in natural language about apartments, residential areas, and specific neighborhoods, moving beyond traditional filter-based searches.

Users can now describe their desired property or living environment using free-form text. For instance, they can ask for a four-room apartment with a safe room in a particular area, or request details on educational institutions, public parks, and crime rates in the vicinity of a property. The system also provides information on urban planning and real estate development, including whether a property is part of an urban renewal project and its planning status.

Madlan states that the AI agent's responses are based on the extensive data within the company's databases. The tool is also intended for real estate investors who can use it to gather information on areas and neighborhoods they are considering for investment.

This initiative aims to transform Madlan's data repositories from a system requiring users to manually search for information into an interactive platform where an AI agent provides answers through conversation. Tal Kofel, CEO of Madlan, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, stating, "We are happy to continue being at the forefront of PropTech technology in Israel.
