Tel Aviv Penthouse Sells for Over $850,000 Amid Varied Market Deals

A five-room duplex penthouse in Tel Aviv's Neve Barbur neighborhood, located on Harav Elankava Street, has been sold for 3.17 million shekels (approximately $850,000). The 116-square-meter apartment spans two levels, features a large 70-square-meter sun balcony, and is situated on the eighth and ninth floors, including elevator access and parking. While apartment prices in Tel Aviv typically range from 50,000 to 60,000 shekels per square meter, southern areas offer lower rates around 40,000 shekels per square meter, with some projects even cheaper. The Neve Barbur deal is considered unusual for the Tel Aviv market.

In other transactions, a three-room apartment in Neve Eliezer, Tel Aviv, on Tzuckerman Street, sold for 1.75 million shekels. This 65-square-meter unit is on the first of four floors.

Further south, in Be'er Sheva, a three-room apartment of 80 square meters on the third floor of a four-story building on Yoav Mitzpe Street in Neighborhood V was sold for 570,000 shekels. Additionally, a 131-square-meter, four-room apartment with a 12-square-meter balcony, elevator, parking, and a safe room on the seventh floor of a ten-story building on Niv David Street in Neve Ze'ev sold for 1.35 million shekels. Another four-room apartment in Be'er Sheva, measuring 72 square meters on the fourth floor of a building on Hatzvi Street in Neighborhood Hey, sold for 700,000 shekels.

In Haifa, a two-room apartment of 38 square meters on the third floor of a three-story building on HaShalom Street was sold for 550,000 shekels. In Holon, a three-room apartment of approximately 75 square meters on the third floor of a four-story building on HaBik'a Street sold for 1.69 million shekels. A five-room rooftop duplex in Holon, spanning about 126 square meters with two 12-square-meter sun balconies and an additional 65-square-meter open roof, located on the second floor of a two-story building with parking, sold for 2.915 million shekels.
