Rebbe Emerges After Heart Procedure, Joins Followers for Tashlich
Hundreds of Modzitz Hasidim gathered in Brooklyn Park in Bnei Brak to see their Rebbe, Rabbi Chaim Rosenbaum, for the first time since his hospitalization and successful heart catheterization. The Rebbe participated in the Tashlich ceremony, a ritual where sins are symbolically cast into water, and offered blessings to the assembled followers.
In a separate event, hundreds of Darg Hasidim also convened for Tashlich, led by their Rebbe, who cast away sins into a fishpond near their study hall.
Meanwhile, there is significant anticipation in the Nadvorna Hasidic dynasty as the two Rebbe brothers are set to meet for the first time in years. This reunion follows the inauguration of a new study hall and the resolution of a dispute over real estate matters. Hasidim expressed satisfaction that the disagreements never devolved into disrespect.
