Man Critically Injured in Violence at Shuafat Refugee Camp

A man, approximately 30 years old, was seriously injured on Thursday evening after sustaining penetrating wounds in the Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem. He was transported to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital for medical treatment.

Magen David Adom's Jerusalem region dispatch center received a report of the incident at 7:15 PM. Paramedics were dispatched to a meeting point near the Shuafat camp checkpoint. Upon arrival, they found the young man in a state of confused consciousness with severe penetrating injuries throughout his body, requiring immediate on-site medical care.

Paramedics described encountering a man in his thirties with confused consciousness and severe penetrating injuries. They stated, "We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and immediately transported him to the hospital in serious condition." After initial medical procedures, the man was moved by intensive care ambulance to Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital, also known as Har HaTzofim, to continue his treatment.
