Netanyahu Will Form Next Government If Opposition Doesn't Change Strategy, Warns Advisor

Strategic advisor Ronen Tzur, a former member of the Democratic Party who left before its primaries, has issued a stark warning to opposition leaders, stating that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will form the next government if the "change bloc" does not alter its strategy. Tzur, speaking on 103fm radio, expressed concern over the political landscape and the current approach of the opposition.

He specifically addressed the political standing of Benny Gantz, chairman of the National Unity Party, noting that Gantz is highly regarded by those who do not vote for him, including many right-wing Likud voters who appreciate him for deviating from his original base. However, Tzur pointed out that this public admiration is not translating into votes.

"Benny Gantz is between bases, he is not in this base and not in that base, he is stuck in limbo with no base voting for him. That is his tragedy," Tzur stated, describing Gantz as being in a political "limbo."

Tzur concluded with a pessimistic forecast for Gantz's electoral campaign, suggesting that Gantz might not stay in the race until the end. He advised Gantz to re-evaluate his political career, as his current political "product" is not in demand.
