Netanyahu Marks Foundation Stone Laying for Christian Fallen Memorial
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara attended a ceremony yesterday to lay the cornerstone for a memorial dedicated to fallen members of the Christian community. The event took place in the Lavie Forest, near the Golani Junction.
In his speech, Netanyahu addressed what he described as a "global attack" on Israel and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). He stated that Israel and its soldiers are falsely accused of war crimes, calling it "the greatest absurdity" concerning "the most moral army in the world."
