TECH1 2026 Conference to Convene 1,500 Tech Leaders in Tel Aviv
More than 1,500 senior figures from the global technology industry, including entrepreneurs, executives, and investors, are expected to gather in Tel Aviv for the TECH1 2026 conference on October 28-29. The event, held in partnership with Calcalist, aims to connect Israeli tech professionals operating abroad with the local high-tech leadership, fostering discussions on investments, fundraising, international market entry, and new business opportunities.
The conference will span three locations: Expo Tel Aviv, David Kempinski Hotel, and the Suzanne Dellal Center. The main day at Expo Tel Aviv on October 28 will feature over 90 speakers, panels, a startup exhibition, and networking sessions, focusing on cybersecurity, AI's impact, long-term company building, and investment strategies. The second day, October 29, will move to the David Kempinski Hotel for more intimate roundtables, workshops, and one-on-one meetings facilitated by a dedicated app.
The event culminates on the evening of October 29 at the Suzanne Dellal Center with a gala and the inaugural TECH1 Awards ceremony. This awards ceremony will recognize companies, executives, and initiatives that have shaped the Israeli high-tech landscape in 2026, with winners chosen by a jury and public vote. The conference aims to create a "rare window of opportunity" for tangible investments, partnerships, and business connections, according to Matan Marom, founder of TECH1.
Notable attendees and speakers include Assaf Ezra of Andreessen Horowitz, Rakefet Rousseau-Aminach of Team8, Luck Ananth of N47, and numerous founders and CEOs of successful Israeli startups and global tech companies. The event follows the Israeli general election, creating a concentrated period for these key figures to convene in Israel.
