Singer Avi Sprung Releases New Song 'A Little Good' Inspired by Rabbi Nachman

Israeli singer and songwriter Avi Sprung has released a new single titled 'A Little Good' (Me'at Tov), inspired by the teachings of Rabbi Nachman of Breslov. The song, written just a week and a half prior to its release, conveys a profound message about drawing closer to God, particularly during moments of perceived distance.

Sprung himself penned the lyrics and composed the melody, drawing directly from Rabbi Nachman's teaching: 'In truth, all distancing is actually closeness.' This concept forms the ideological basis of the song, which aims to instill hope and faith in listeners regardless of their spiritual state. It addresses the human experience of spiritual highs and lows, offering a message of encouragement to find a small spark of hope even in the most challenging times, thereby initiating a return.

Immediately after its creation, Sprung collaborated with producer Eliya Nataneli, a frequent partner on his projects, to bring the song to life. Nataneli handled the musical production, combining their shared experience to create an emotionally resonant soundscape. The mixing and mastering were completed by Yitzy Berry, ensuring a polished and professional sound.
