Nadborna Hasidic Community Inaugurates New Study Hall in Jerusalem
The Nadborna Hasidic community in Jerusalem celebrated the inauguration of their new "Beit Midrash" (study hall) during the Ten Days of Repentance. The event featured a ceremony for affixing mezuzahs to the doorposts of the new building, attended by a large gathering of followers.
The Grand Rabbi of Nadborna led the ceremony, affixing the first mezuzah to the main entrance of the study hall. He then honored his eldest son by having him affix a mezuzah to another room within the building.
Following the mezuzah ceremony, attendees gathered for the evening prayer service. Afterward, the Rebbe led a "L'chaim" gathering, featuring songs of inspiration and devotion appropriate for the High Holy Days. He delivered a sermon emphasizing the importance of the new study hall and the significance of dedicating a place for prayer.
The celebration continued with joyous songs, and the Rebbe himself joined in a dance of happiness. Towards the end of the event, the Hasidim approached the Rebbe to receive his blessings. The event was documented by photographer David Arzeni.
