Croatian Media Criticize Dinamo Zagreb After Poor First Half vs. Hapoel Be'er Sheva

Croatian media outlets have criticized Dinamo Zagreb following their first-half performance against Hapoel Be'er Sheva in the Europa League, stating that the Croatian champions failed to impose their game. Index.hr noted that Hapoel Be'er Sheva "showed more football" than Dinamo, who started the match well but then stalled. The Israeli team was allowed to control possession, and Dinamo's attempts to counter-attack were largely unsuccessful. Despite Hapoel Be'er Sheva not appearing highly motivated, they managed twice as many shots as Dinamo in the first half, six to three, with only one shot on target coming from the home team.

Former Dinamo player Branko Strupar also criticized the team's tactics at halftime, observing that after a substitution, Dinamo retreated, allowing Hapoel to dominate possession.
