Missing Elderly Woman Found Alive After Four-Day Search in Holon
An 83-year-old woman, Sofia Fradkin, who had been missing for four days, was found alive and in stable condition in Holon, Israel. She was discovered in a bomb shelter approximately two kilometers from her home. Fradkin was last seen on September 13th on Ha-Tachmoshet Street in Holon, after which her whereabouts became unknown, raising serious concerns for her safety.
A large-scale search operation was launched by the police and volunteers, including specialists from an Israeli canine unit. Search teams spent four days combing open areas and urban neighborhoods, reviewing surveillance footage, and interviewing residents to retrace her steps. Police reported that officers from the Holon police station, along with municipal representatives, located Fradkin.
She was found in satisfactory condition and was immediately transported to a hospital for medical evaluation and care.
