Israeli Arab Boxing Team Wins Two Golds, One Silver in Armenia
The "Golden Gloves" boxing team from Arraba, representing the Mahmoud Darwish Center, achieved a historic success by winning three medals, two gold and one silver, at the 2026 Armenia International Boxing Championship. The team's performance, under the guidance of coach Mu'tasem Amin Badarna, saw its athletes outperform competitors from nations with strong boxing traditions, including Russia, Germany, Georgia, and host Armenia.
Baraq Mahdi Sah secured a gold medal, while Golan Rabie Araby also won gold. Hadi Muhammad Haj earned a silver medal for the team. This international achievement builds upon the "Golden Gloves" team's consistent local successes, highlighting the talent and capability of athletes from Arraba in competing on the global stage.
