Rami Levy Supermarkets Announce Holiday Operating Hours and Branch Closures

Rami Levy, a major Israeli supermarket chain, has released its operating schedule for the upcoming High Holidays and Sukkot festival. Several branches will have reduced hours, and some will be closed on specific dates. On the eve of Yom Kippur, Sunday, September 20, 2026, all Rami Levy stores will close at 1:00 PM.

On the preceding Saturday evening, September 19, and on the evening of Yom Kippur itself, Monday, September 21, only a select list of branches will operate, following a "Saturday night" schedule. This special schedule will also apply to the evenings of the first day of Sukkot, Saturday, September 26, and Simchat Torah, Saturday, October 3. Stores operating under this "Saturday night" format typically open about 30 minutes to an hour after Shabbat or the holiday ends and close at their usual times.

A total of 18 branches are slated to be open during these specific holiday evenings. These include locations in Haifa (Chak Post, Azrieli Haifa), Afula, Tiberias, Kfar Horesh, Migdal HaEmek, Netanya Hayalom, Big Pardes Hanna, Jerusalem (New Mabsheret Mall, Giv'at Shaul Mahadrin, Atarot, Ha'Oman), Ashdod, Qastina, Big Kiryat Gat, Karmei Gat, Ofakim, and Beer Sheva (including Big Beer Sheva New).

Branches not included on the designated list will be closed on these holiday evenings and will only operate during regular weekday hours and on the eves of holidays according to their standard schedules. The company advises customers planning their holiday shopping to verify in advance which branches will be open on the specific dates they intend to visit.
