Man to Be Charged with Kidnapping 10-Year-Old Boy
Prosecutors have filed a statement of intent to indict Yigal Buskila, 19, from Jerusalem, for the kidnapping of 10-year-old Yahli Sofer from Petah Tikva to Bnei Brak. According to the prosecution's declaration, Buskila will face charges including kidnapping, child abduction, and false imprisonment. Investigation materials reveal that Buskila abducted the boy approximately two and a half weeks ago and held him against his will in a shelter in Bnei Brak.
In addition to the kidnapping charges, Buskila will also be indicted for threats, harassment, and possession of a knife against two minors in Hadera and one minor in Arad.
