Top Rabbi to Lead Special Prayer Service at Mount Meron

Rabbi Meir Tzvi Bergman, head of the Rashbi Yeshiva in Bnei Brak, will lead a special prayer service at the tomb of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai on Mount Meron this Thursday. The event is described as a "journey of salvation" where Rabbi Bergman, who is over 100 years old and has led the yeshiva for over 50 years, will pray for those who support the institution.

He will specifically pray for their salvation from hardship and for all their needs to be met. The service will include the recitation of the "13 Rectifications of Dikna," also known as the "13 Attributes of Mercy" from the Zohar, a Kabbalistic text. This is believed to open channels of abundance and ensure Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai's intercession for a good and blessed year, encompassing spiritual and material well-being, health, suitable matches, children, and financial prosperity.

The organizers are framing this as an opportunity for individuals to be saved from judgment and to support the Rashbi Yeshiva. They are encouraging people to submit names for the prayers.
