Naftali Bennett Confident Party Will Grow Ahead of Elections

Naftali Bennett, chairman of the "Achva" party, expressed confidence that his party will strengthen its position by the upcoming elections, despite current polling numbers showing around 13 seats. Responding to a question about the party's stagnant poll numbers, Bennett stated, "We are the most professional, most serious team with ready plans. I bring personal experience, the public is starting to see it, it takes a little time and it's perfectly fine that our rise will coincide with the elections themselves." This sentiment echoes remarks he made last month, where he noted the long road to the elections.

Bennett also addressed the possibility of anti-government parties failing to secure the required 61 seats for a majority, and the potential need to rely on Arab parties or face further elections. He asserted, "We will not reach that point because we will reach 61 seats." He criticized other parties for focusing on "scenarios and this or that minority government," calling it "just harmful to the goal of victory."

Separately, Bennett strongly condemned the creators of the film "Nezah," which won an award at the Venice Film Festival and presents difficult claims about IDF operations in the Gaza Strip. The film has sparked significant public controversy in Israel, with hundreds of filmmakers signing a petition in support of its creators. Bennett vehemently attacked the filmmakers, stating, "The creators should be despicable people in the State of Israel. I despise them."
