Beitar Jerusalem star Yarden Shua posted and then deleted a critical message on social media directed at the team's professional staff. The team recently secured a 3-1 victory over Maccabi Petah Tikva, with Shua coming off the bench in the second half and assisting the third goal.
Despite the win, Shua was not in the starting lineup. Coach Almog Cohen stated that the decision was based on Shua's fitness, with the club hesitant to risk him. However, Shua's deleted social media post suggested a different perspective, reading, "Enough with the ego games. Yarden Shua needs to start every game!".
The post remained online for approximately an hour before Shua removed it.
