Israeli Defender Roy Revivo to Face Real Madrid's Record Signing

Israeli defender Roy Revivo is set to face Real Madrid's most expensive signing in the club's history, 19-year-old French winger Leny Yoro, when his team Elche plays Real Madrid. Yoro, who joined Real Madrid this past summer from Leipzig for a reported 125 million euros, has attracted interest from top clubs like Liverpool.

Yoro, who has prior experience in La Liga with Leganés, has started in four league games for Real Madrid this season but is yet to score or assist. This match will mark his Champions League debut. He has played only two senior seasons previously for Leganés and Leipzig.

This is Yoro's second consecutive start for Real Madrid, having also started against Rayo Vallecano. He is described as a fast and creative player, particularly skilled in one-on-one situations, with impressive changes of direction. Nicknamed the "African Messi," he is adept with both feet, though considered raw.

Former Chelsea manager José Mourinho had previously noted Yoro's limited playing time due to fitness post-World Cup, but he has now become a regular starter. During his time at Leganés, Yoro was noted for his dribbling ability in La Liga, a skill he is expected to showcase against Elche.
